Dr. David Radin attended the University of California Berkley where he obtained a Ph.D. in genetics in 1976. He is a co-founder of BioStrategies LC and Managing Director. His roles includes setting and managing scientific goals as well as overseeing the planning and completion of BioStrategies' scientific and commercialization goals. David has over 20 years experience conducting research aimed at developing plant-based protein biologics expression for use as therapeutics in rare diseases.

Dr. Carole Cramer graduated from University of California Berkley with a Bachelors degree in biological sciences in 1974. She obtained her Ph.D. in molecular biology and biochemistry in 1982 from University of California Irvine. She is currently the Scientific Director and co-founder of BioStrategies LC, and a professor at the Arkansas Bioscience Institute. Carole's research is focused on the development of protein-based therapeutics and vaccine components using plant-based production systems, with a strong emphasis on understanding and exploding transmucosal delivery and cellular targeting.

Dr. Jose Condori is Senior Scientist and Project Leader at BioStrategies LC. He graduated from the Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina, in Peru, with a Bachelors degree in Biological Sciences. He obtained his Licentiate of Biology and Biotechnology after he completed a research thesis at the International Potato Center (CIP) in Peru. He obtained a Ph.D. in Molecular Biosciences in 2011 from Arkansas State University. Jose works in the development of ERTs and therapeutic proteins using a plant-made bioproduction system. Also, He developed a new plant lectin to be used as therapeutic carrier.

Jorge Ayala has been BioStrategies's research scientist since 2011. He previously worked as a Research Specialist and Research Assistant at the University of Arkansas and Arkansas State University. He has extensive experience in plant-based production, purification, and characterization of plant produced recombinant proteins. He obtained his B.S. in Chemistry/Biochemistry at the University of South Alabama and a M.S. in Entomology at Kansas State University.

Dr. Walter Acosta joined BioStrategies LC in 2013. He obtained his Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from ASU in 2012. His research project involved developing treatments for lysosomal disorders using tobacco plants as a bio-production platform. He obtained a B.S. in Agronomic Engineering from EARTH University, Costa Rica in 2002 and a Master of Agrobusiness from the University of Costa Rica in 2004.

Ashley Flory received a B.S. in forensic chemistry from Arkansas State University. In 2011 she received a Masters degree in Biology from Arkansas State University and joined BioStrategies LC. She has worked as a research assistant since 2007 in plant-based production systems.

Varun Katta joined BioStrategies LC in August 2012 as a Research Assistant. He earned his Professional Science Masters in Biotechnology from Arkansas State University. He obtained a Post Graduation Diploma in Bioinformatics and a B.Sc. in Life Sciences from Osmania University, India. He has several years of experience in plant sciences and biotechnology.

Jonny Radin joined BioStrategies LC and graduated with a B.S. in Chemistry from Arkansas State University in 2013. He has over 8 years of experience in plant tissue culture and plant biology at the Arkansas Biosciences Institute.

Samantha Davis graduated from Arkansas State University in 2013 with a B.S in Biological Sciences and joined BioStrategies LC in 2014. She has several years of experience as a research assistant, working with plant- based production systems at the Arkansas Biosciences Institute.

Reid Martin joined BioStrategies in 2014. He graduated from Arkansas State University with undergraduate degrees in Biology and Chemistry. He is currently a graduate student in the M.S. of Biological Sciences program with an emphasis in Cellular Biology. He worked previously for 18 months as a research assistant in neuroscience at Arkansas Biosciences Institute.
